Assists the Eastern Shoshone and Northern Arapaho Tribes to develop, monitor, and enforce effective Indian Preference laws and TERO programs to insure that Indian and Native people receive their basic entitlement to employment, business, and entrepreneurial opportunities on and near the Wind River Indian Reservation. TERO also serves as a referral service for those seeking employment and training opportunities are available.
