Wind River Reservation Kids First hosted the first annual Wind River Indian Reservation Early Childhood Conference. Events were held in Arapahoe and Fort Washakie. Sessions at Wyoming Indian High School on Saturday, August 28 were held in conjunction with the Wyoming Native American Education Conference sponsored by the Wyoming Department of Education.
